焙烧电镀而成。

　　产品用处：该产品系列广泛用于造船工业、锅炉压力容器制作、铸造、钢铁

职业、蓄电池出产轻工机械、化工机械的制作等。
　　产品功能：该产品系列可作切开、铲刨、打孔、铲除“烧冒口”焊修补用。除

了能对低碳钢、铸钢进行刨削以外，还能对不锈钢、纯钢和其它金属进行刨削。

　运用说明：
1、碳棒有必要坚持枯燥，受潮须经烘干方能运用。
2、用于直流电源时碳棒接电源正极，作业接负极。
3、压缩空气压力坚持0.5-1.6MPa.
4、碳棒与工件之间的弧距约3mm，碳棒显露夹具约为100mm.
5、碳棒与工件成45°夹角，并沿切线（或直线）方向刨削。
6、碳棒运用时有必要通风杰出。按作业电流操作。
