阀体结构多为规则几何体（立方体或圆柱体），模块化毛坯可直接匹配后续铣削、钻孔等工序，减少余量切除（毛坯至净尺寸切除量仅2–3mm）

X14CrMoS17具很好的耐腐蚀性能，强度很好，在强度好的同时怎么做到还容易切削的？

X14CrMoS17 has excellent corrosion resistance and strength. How can it be easily cut while maintaining good strength?

S含量：0.15%–0.35%。

作用：硫与锰结合形成硫化锰（MnS）夹杂物，在切削过程中充当断屑器和润滑剂，显著降低刀具磨损，提升表面光洁度。

X14CrMoS17但硫会轻微降低耐腐蚀性（尤其在点蚀环境中）及韧性。硫改善切削性却削弱耐蚀性，通过精确控制硫化物形态（如优化锻造工艺避免链状分布）和添加钼补偿耐蚀性，实现性能平衡。
