SMF166无磁钻铤钢作为Fe—Mn—Al—C系列奥氏体，化学成份决定电磁性能，组织稳定，力学性能优良，磁导率低而电阻率高，在磁场中的涡流损耗极小。在磁场强度为16000A/m(200奥斯特)时，无磁钢的磁导μ≤1.319×10-6H/m (1.05高/奥)不锈钢的磁导率μ=1.339×10-6H/m(1.1高/奥)。奥氏体不锈钢经冷加工后具有轻度磁性 。SMF166无磁钢也叫无磁性钢和非磁性钢，实际上指没有铁磁性而不能被磁化的钢。要求磁导率μ≤1.319×10-6 h/m。SMF166无磁钻铤钢作为石油、天然气钻塔开采过程中使用用于制造无磁钻铤、无磁承压加重钻杆、无磁悬挂短节、无磁扶正器等无磁钻具。目前已开发出长度12m以内的各种规格的钻铤系列产品，并经过用户使用验证为石油、天然气的开发提供了强有力的技术保证。

SMF166 non-magnetic drill collar steel, as a Fe-Mn-Al-C series austenitic steel, has its electromagnetic properties determined by its chemical composition. It has stable microstructure, excellent mechanical properties, low magnetic permeability and high resistivity, resulting in extremely low eddy current loss in a magnetic field. When the magnetic field strength is 16000A/m (200 Oersteds), the magnetic permeability μ of the non-magnetic steel is ≤1.319×10-6 H/m (1.05 Gauss/Oersted), while that of stainless steel is μ=1.339×10-6 H/m (1.1 Gauss/Oersted). Austenitic stainless steel exhibits slight magnetism after cold working. SMF166 non-magnetic steel is also called non-magnetic steel and non-ferromagnetic steel, which actually refers to steel that has no ferromagnetism and cannot be magnetized. The requirement is that the magnetic permeability μ ≤1.319×10-6 H/m.
