675装甲防弹钢板

675是装甲车辆用防弹钢板的钢号，材质30CrNi3MoV，简称装甲防弹钢。执行标准：GJB31A-2000（本标准适用于制造装甲车辆用厚度为45mm～80mm的装甲钢板）；本标准还包含装甲车辆用防弹钢603钢号30CrMnMoRE装甲钢板和617钢号30CrNi2MnMoRE装甲钢板。

675装甲防弹钢30CrNi3MoV材质是在原Cr-Ni-Mo系低合金超高强钢的基础上进行V微合金化，并适当调整其它合金元素含量而发展起来的。30CrNi3MoV高强度钢是某兵器型号专用的难加工材料，30CrNi3MoV钢的铣削性能较差。30CrNi3MoV高强度钢是我国新研制并投入使用的高强度钢新品种，主要适用范围作为结构材料用于某重大兵器型号的关键零部件。

675装甲防弹钢冶炼方式：钢应采用电弧炉加VHD或与其相当的炉外真空精炼。经供需双方协商，并在合同中注意，也可采用能保证本规范各项要求的其他方法冶炼。

675 is the steel grade of armor-piercing steel plates for armored vehicles, with the material 30CrNi3MoV, also known as armor-piercing steel. The 30CrNi3MoV high-strength steel is a difficult-to-machine material specifically used for a certain weapon model, and the milling performance of 30CrNi3MoV high-strength steel is poor. 30CrNi3MoV high-strength steel is a new type of high-strength steel newly developed and put into use in China, mainly applicable as a structural material for key parts of a major weapon model. Smelting method of 675 armor-piercing steel: The steel should be smelted by electric arc furnace plus VHD or equivalent vacuum refining outside the furnace. After consultation between the supplier and the buyer, and noted in the contract, other smelting methods that can ensure all requirements of this specification may also be adopted.

碳 C ：0.26～0.32；

硅 Si：0.15～0.35；

锰 Mn：0.30～0.50；

磷 P ：≤0.015；

硫 S ：≤0.010；

铬 Cr：0.60～1.00；

镍 Ni：2.80～3.20；

钼 Mo：0.40～0.50；

铼 RE：-； 钒 V：0.06～0.013。

675装甲防弹钢交货状态：钢板以高温回火状态交货。

675装甲防弹钢力学性能：布氏硬度HBS10/3000：

1）交货状态试样（硬度值：≤269），压痕直径mm：≥3.70）；

2）调质断口试样（硬度值：厚度45mm-60mm的为401～352及厚度80mm为415～363；压痕直径：厚度45mm-60mm的为3.05～3.25及厚度80mm为3.00～3.20）。

675装甲防弹钢热处理： 淬火：870～910℃，2～3min/mm，水冷。 回火：580～620℃，3～5min/mm，水冷。
