35CrMnSiA属于低合金超高强度钢，执行标准：GB/T3077-2015；统一数字代号：A24353。

35CrMnSiA低合金超高强度钢具有很高的强度和韧性，淬透性较高，冷变形塑性中等，切削加工性能良好。有回火脆性倾向，横向的冲击韧度差。焊接性能较好，但厚度大于3mm时，应先预热到150℃，焊后需热处理。一般调质后使用；用于制造中速、重载、高强度、高韧性的零件及高强度构件。多用于制造高负荷、高速的各种重要零件，如齿轮、轴、离合器、链轮、砂轮轴、轴套、螺栓、螺母等，也用于制造耐磨、工作温度不高的零件，变载荷的焊接构件，如高压鼓风机的叶片、阀板以及非腐蚀性管道管子。

35CrMnSiA low-alloy ultra-high-strength steel has high strength and toughness, good hardenability, moderate cold deformation plasticity, and excellent cutting performance. It has a tendency for temper brittleness, with poor transverse impact toughness. Its welding performance is good, but when the thickness is greater than 3mm, preheating to 150℃ should be done before welding, and heat treatment is required after welding. It is generally used after quenching and tempering; it is used to manufacture medium-speed, heavy-load, high-strength, and high-toughness parts and high-strength components. It is mostly used to manufacture various important parts under high load and high speed, such as gears, shafts, clutches, sprockets, grinding wheel spindles, bushings, bolts, nuts, etc., and also used to manufacture wear-resistant parts with non-high working temperatures, welded structures under variable loads, such as blades and valve plates of high-pressure blowers, and non-corrosive pipe tubes.

硅 Si：1.10～1.40；

锰 Mn：0.80～1.10；

硫 S ：允许残余含量≤0.025；

磷 P ：允许残余含量≤0.025；

铬 Cr：1.10～1.40；

镍 Ni：允许残余含量≤0.030；

铜 Cu：允许残余含量≤0.025。

35CrMnSiA力学性能：

抗拉强度 σb (MPa)：≥1620(165)；

屈服强度σs (MPa)：≥1275(130)；

伸长率 δ5 (%)：≥9；

断面收缩率 ψ (%)：≥40；

冲击功Akv (J)：≥31；

冲击韧性值 αkv (J/cm&sup2)：≥39(4)； 硬度 ：≤241HB。

35CrMnSiA热处理规范：

(1)淬火:第一次950℃,第二次890℃,油冷;回火230℃,空冷、油冷;

(2)880℃于280～310℃等温淬火。

35CrMnSiA交货状态：以热处理（正火、退火或高温回火）或不热处理状态交货，交货状态应在合同中注明。
